The Dominion destabilizes developing civilizations for strategic gain through proxy actors and selective technology seeding. Its influence can precede visible conquest. The Tavari tragedy illustrates how externally introduced means of conflict can widen divisions until a world can no longer recover.

Dominion delegates and war allies include diverse species. Oron describes Theron support for the Dominion during conflict with the Accord, while the intervention on Tavari places weapons in local factions’ hands.

The Dominion’s relationship with Theron power changes across periods and accounts. Its factions can retain independent agendas, and the Skarn become a rogue splinter. The Mirash Dominion is a separate historical polity.

Narrator POV /AA/

Expansionist interstellar power identified through multiple indirect interventions aimed at destabilizing developing civilizations for strategic gain. Operates through proxy actors and selective technological seeding rather than open conquest.

Theron Imperial Annals /TA/

The Dominion is classified as a hostile force whose actions justify preemptive containment and long-term deterrence measures. Any civilization touched by Dominion influence is considered compromised.

Harmonic Accord Intelligence Directorate /HA/

The Dominion represents a persistent risk to developmental balance. Their interference accelerates collapse by forcing societies to confront technologies and conflicts they are not prepared to resolve.
