Raeya is an Arcanian frontier liaison for the Accord. Her quiet authority is paired with a concern for the people placed at risk by institutional decisions.

Raeya · Individual

Narrator POV /AA/

Arcanian officer stationed at Outpost AV-565; advocates for careful, guided contact with humanity; proposed Kai Carson as a potential candidate for Accord mentorship.

Snorvix’s note /SN/

Believes in humans more than most Arcanians do. Not sure if that’s optimism or a hobby.

Chapter 8

Raeya · Individual · Updated entry

Narrator POV /AA/

Accord-affiliated envoy and strategic communicator tasked with facilitating cross-species trust calibration during early-contact escalation phases.

Kai Carson POV /KC/

I thought she was just another piece of the ruse, an accomplice feeding me lines in a language I didn’t speak. But the more she spoke, the harder it got to dismiss. And then she was right there, her voice cutting past all the doubts I’d been stockpiling.

Snorvix’s note /SN/

She’s got that effect. Trust me. After five minutes you’re nodding along like she’s already signed your paycheck.

Kyrion POV /KY/

She wasn’t a voice, Kai. She was the voice. I listened once, followed where it led, and when it ended, I was the one left hollow. Don’t make the mistake of thinking you can walk away untouched.

Snorvix’s note /SN/

See? This is why I avoid romance. Always ends in metaphors and regret. Though, to be fair, I wouldn’t mind Raeya carving a few paths my way.

Chapter 11

Section 11.1Read record · spoilers

Raeya · Accord Operative

Narrator POV /AA/

An off-world operative guiding human response indirectly while withholding deeper strategic context.

Snorvix’s note /SN/

Arcanians still believe emotional damage can be minimized by phrasing. Telling Carson to go home was delivered with perfect logic and catastrophic empathy.
