Qothad Kobh’lekh is a Theron command officer and the daughter of Admiral Vahrek Kobh’lekh. She serves as an Imperial observer, liaison and enforcer within Beijing’s inner council.

Her human identity, Strategist Qian, is maintained through an implanted holo-mimetic shroud. The projection conceals her Theron physiology and can briefly lose phase before re-locking.

Her restrained manner conceals sympathy that she suppresses under command. Her true form has heavy musculature, light-absorbent armour and pauldron insignia.
